Kingswood Golf Estate

The Kingswood Golf Estate is ideally situated between the Fancourt Links and George Golf Course at the very heart of the Garden Route's golfing centre. Set amidst rolling fairways, the Kingswood Estate Golf Course offers geotextile bunkers, grassy greenside swales and excellent greens. Dramatic views of the striking Outeniqua Mountains contrasted with the natural valley holes and protected rivers, make the golfing experience at Kingswood Golf Course truly unique. The indigenous flora and fauna of the area have been fiercely protected to ensure a continued quality of living and playing in this paradise-like setting.

Kingswood Golf Course is a Sally Little signature golf course and is designed by Danie Obermeyer. Together they have created a golf course, which is full of exciting challenges for golfers of all abilities. The many choices given from tee boxes demonstrate Little's understanding of the need for options at all levels of golf, while Obermeyer's design has provided a great mix of strong holes, with more forgiving scenarios. Golfers are sure to enjoy the excellent variety on this course as play moves both left and right with uphill and downhill holes.

Designed to blend in with the lush green background of South Africa's Garden Route, the Kingswood Golf Course is a completely unique 18 hole, par 72 Kikuyu and Bent grass golf course. The golf course has a 'links' theme, which is prevalent throughout and is demonstrated in a number of little touches. Vernacular style ‘Quarter Houses’ provide the perfect spots for golfers to wait their turn, freshen up or grab a spot of shade out of the strong Southern Cape sun.

Course Facilities

At least three tee locations per hole catering for all levels of experience from beginners to professionals.

Practice facilities offer a 250m driving range with twenty hitting bays, bunkers, chipping and putting green.

Lesson packages are available by Kenako Golf and Sports Academy.

The on-site pro-shop offers top brands in golf clothing, balls, gloves, and caps.

Changing rooms.

Snack Bar and Lounge.

Fleet of golf carts plus trolleys and battery operated golf carts are available for hire.

Dress Code

Proper golfing attire should be worn at all times. Soft spikes only.
