Day 1 - Depart from Johannesburg at 8:00am & head to Kruger National Park. Check into Kruger Adventure Lodge. Sunset Safari in Kruger National Park commencing at 3pm. See the big 5 and many more animals. 2. Day 2 Kruger National Park to Isimangaliso Wetlands Park After breakfast travel in the Mpumalanga Province from Kruger National Park to Isimangaliso Wetlands Park. Meet the locals. See local villages. Go through many different landscapes. Check into St Lucia Lodge in Isimangaliso Wetlands Park for the night . 3. Day 3 Isimangaliso Wetlands Park to Durban After breakfast go for a Hippo & Croc Boat cruise in St Lucia Estuary Isimangaliso Wetlands Park. Depart to head to Durban after lunch. Check into Parade Hotel Durban Beachfront. 4. Day 4 Durban City Tour after breakfast. Tour the (a) Durban Promenade (b) Durban Botanical Gardens (c) Victoria Market (d) Visit Phezulu Safari Park African Village, Traditional Dance & Reptile Park Overnight at the Parade Hotel Durban Beachfront. 5. Day 5 - Depart from Durban after breakfast, head to Drakensberg, stop at Howick Falls & Mandela Capture Site to tour along the way. Hiking in Drakensberg Mountains. Check into a hotel in Drakensberg Mountains for the night. 6. Day 6 –Depart from Drakensberg after breakfast. Meet locals. See local villages. Tour Mandela Museum in Mthatha. Check into the Savoy & Conference Centre Hotel in Mthatha. 7. Day 7 - After breakfast depart Mthatha. Head to Mvezo, Mandela birthplace for a tour. Thereafter travel to East London & check into hotel for the night. 8. Day 8 – After breakfast depart from East London & head to Addo National Park for a Safari. This is on the Wild Coast Route. Overnight at Kelway Hotel in Port Elizabeth. 9. Day 9 – Start Garden Route Tour. Depart Port Elizabeth after breakfast. Head to Bloukrans Bridge. This is the highest bungy jump in the world at 216m (own cost). From Bloukrans Bridge, head to Robberg Nature Reserve (a world heritage site), the most beautiful nature reserve, for hiking. Thereafter tour of Plettenberg Bay. Then check into aha The Rex Hotel in Knysna. 10. Day 10 – After breakfast, tour of Knysna Heads & Quays Knysna Waterfront. Sunset cruise in late afternoon (own cost). Overnight at aha The Rex Hotel Knysna. 11. Day 11 – After breakfast, depart from Knysna. Head to Cape Agulhas, southern-most tip of Africa. Tour Cape Agulhas. After lunch depart - head to Hermanus. Overnight in Hermanus. 12. Day 12 - After breakfast, tour of Hermanus. Whale watching (in season). Depart - head to Benguela Wine Estate for wine tasting, 5 different wines. Depart - head to Betty’s Bay to see the endangered African Penguins.
