Fancourt's Outeniqua Golf Course is one of two grand and spectacular 18-hole, par 72 Parkland courses at Fancourt, located in the beautiful Garden Route town of George. The golf course is designed by famous golfer Gary Player and has a similar character to its sibling golf course, the Fancourt Montagu. The challenging design and fine conditioning of the Fancourt Outeniqua Golf Course will provide a brilliant test for all levels of golfers. As with all Fancourt golf courses, there is a variety of tees from which to play, meaning that golfers will not feel overpowered by the golf course.
As with Fancourt Montagu, play is restricted to hotel residents, members and their guests, so the golf course should not ever feel crowded however, booking in advance is recommended to ensure that you get your desired tee time.
There is a warm-up area, with a full-length driving range and a chipping and bunker practice area available to all golfers before play.

Golf carts can be hired, weather permitting. To ensure your enjoyment and a steady pace-of-play, it is necessary for at least two caddies to accompany each fourball, and one caddy per twoball.
