Pezula Wellness Quarter is a spa and wellness destination on Duthie Drive in Sparrebosch, Knysna, set among the natural surroundings of the Garden Route. The setting supports a slower pace, with spaces for treatments, movement, warm-water relaxation and time outdoors.

A post-treatment relaxation room includes heated massage waterbeds, while the adjoining Hot Zone adds a 12-metre heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room and rainforest shower.
Wellness extends beyond the spa. A forest bathing experience combines a wood-fired hot tub with natural surroundings, locally made sparkling wine and fresh fruit for two. The experience offers a private outdoor setting suited to couples or visitors looking for quiet time away from the treatment rooms.
Sky Studio provides a dedicated space for yoga with views across the Knysna Lagoon. Classes include Yin Yoga, foundational Vinyasa and more dynamic breath-led flows, with options designed for different levels. The venue also has an outdoor pool on an elevated timber deck and an indoor heated pool within the spa, allowing for both open-air relaxation and sheltered water-based recovery.
A fully equipped gym supports cardio, strength and conditioning, with resistance equipment, free weights and cardio machines. Resident guests receive gym and Hot Zone access during a stay, while membership options are available for private estate residents and Friends of Pezula Nature. Day visitors can access the Hot Zone through a Leisure Day Retreat Package.
