Experience a 3-day luxury safari journey from Cape Town to Botlierskop Private Game Reserve, combining some of the Western Cape’s most scenic coastal landscapes with unforgettable wildlife encounters. On Day 1, depart Cape Town and travel along the beautiful Clarence Drive before stopping at Betty’s Bay to see the African penguin colony at Stony Point Nature Reserve. Continue to Hermanus, where seasonal whale watching is possible from June to November, before travelling to Cape Agulhas, the southernmost point of Africa. After sightseeing and a lunch stop at your own expense, continue to Botlierskop Private Game Reserve. Check into your luxury tented accommodation and enjoy dinner at the lodge. Day 2 begins with an early morning 4x4 game drive led by an experienced ranger. Search for elephants, rhinos, buffalo, lions, antelope, giraffes, and other wildlife while exploring the reserve. Return to the lodge for breakfast and free time to relax or enjoy optional activities such as horseback safaris, guided bush walks, or spa treatments. After lunch, head out on a second afternoon game drive before returning to the lodge for dinner. On Day 3, enjoy breakfast at the lodge and a relaxed morning before checking out. Begin the return journey to Cape Town, taking in more of the Garden Route scenery along the way. Your tour ends with drop-off at your selected Cape Town accommodation.
