Itinerary

Day 1: Start in Durban. Visit Phezulu Safari for an African village tour, traditional dance, and the Reptile Park. Travel through the Wild Coast to Mthatha and visit the Nelson Mandela Museum.

Day 2: Travel from Mthatha to Mvezo, Mandela’s birthplace, for a brief tour. Continue to East London to explore its beaches and cultural sites.

Day 3: Drive to Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) stopping at Addo Elephant National Park for a game drive at this Big 5 reserve.

Day 4: Travel to Plettenberg Bay. Hike at Robberg Nature Reserve to see coastal trails and marine life. Visit local beaches and optionally visit Bloukrans Bridge for bungy jumping (own cost).

Day 5: Proceed to Knysna. Visit Knysna Heads viewpoint and explore the Knysna Waterfront with its shops and restaurants.

Day 6: Head to Hermanus, known for whale watching (seasonal). Explore the town’s coastal scenery and relaxed atmosphere.
