On day one, travel from Cape Town along the scenic coastal road to Cape Agulhas via Hermanus, known for whale watching. Pause at the southernmost tip of Africa to view the Cape Agulhas lighthouse.
Continue to Garden Route Game Lodge for a sunset safari in an open-air vehicle. Spot wildlife including elephants, lions, rhinos, giraffes, and hippos. After the safari, enjoy a three-course dinner and spend the night in a 4-star wooden chalet or lodge room. The clear night skies enhance the stay.
The next morning, take a morning game drive to see any animals missed the previous evening, followed by breakfast. Return to Cape Town by evening.
