Description
Ride through the Klein Karoo on a horseback riding tour. Follow your guide on a trail through the veld, on jeep tracks, farm roads, and game tracks.
Meet your guide and horse at the Doornkraal farm on the Stompdrift Dam Road, near Oudtshoorn in the Garden Route. Get fitted with a riding cap and saddle up.
Set off on a ride through the unspoiled Klein Karoo nature. Enjoy the beautiful scenery as you ride through the veld. Keep an eye out for local wildlife as you ride.
After your ride, return to the farm and say goodbye to your horse.
Includes
Riding caps: It is strongly recommended that riders wear one for the duration of the outride or activity. Riders younger than 18 years must wear a riding hat
Water: We provide normal drinking quality water for the activity, but you are welcome to bring your own or buy bottled water at our tuck shop
The Guide: You will be in the good hands of a guide who knows the route, the area and the horses
Saddlebags: Each ride will at least have one horse fitted with a set of saddle bags for drinking water or small items
