Embark on a 12-day journey through South Africa’s diverse landscapes, wildlife, and cultural heritage. Starting in Cape Town, head to Betty’s Bay to see African penguins, followed by whale watching in Hermanus, a wine-tasting experience at Benguela Cove, and a visit to Cape Agulhas, the southernmost tip of Africa, for your first overnight. On day two, visit the charming town of Swellendam, a safari experience at Botlierskop Game Reserve, and an evening in Mossel Bay. Continue through the Garden Route, where you’ll explore Wilderness and the Knysna Heads, take a sunset cruise on Knysna Lagoon, and stay in Knysna. Day four features a hike in Robberg Nature Reserve and relaxation on Plettenberg Bay’s beaches. Adrenaline seekers will love day five at Bloukrans Bridge, home to the world’s highest bungee jump (own expense), followed by a tour of Port Elizabeth. Coastal vibes continue with visits to Port Alfred and East London, culminating in a night in East London. In the Wild Coast region, explore Mvezo, Nelson Mandela's birthplace, the Mthatha Museum, and stay in Mthatha.
