Description

Day 1: Oudtshoorn Morning pickup (6am - 7am) from your accommodation in Cape Town or Stellenbosch. Travel about 450 km ±6hrs. Set off along the famous Route 62, where you'll capture the beauty of high mountains, twisting passes, vast Karoo plains, vineyards and orchards. Pop in at one of the many farm stalls along the way, stocked with locally crafted delights before arriving in Oudtshoorn, the ostrich capital of the world. Delve deep underground to the magical Cango Caves’ limestone chambers, alive with drip formation stalactites and remnants of Khoikhoi paintings. Opt for the easy-going guided Heritage Tour or by contrast, the Adventure Tour allows you to wiggle your way through limestone on a daring underground route. Spend the evening in Oudtshoorn - (4 star Luxury Stay) Breakfast included. Day 2: TSITSIKAMA, ELEPHANT PARK Departure from Oudtshoorn 8AM, drive +/-145kms through mountains and towns, passing through City of George that is known to be the commercial hub with the captivating scenic beauty, the farmlands, mountain ranges and rivers until we reach Elephant Park located in Knysna- Lifetime experience of the Extraordinary elephant encounters in a controlled, free-range environment where guests can closely interact with elephants in their natural habitats. Next Stop- the highest commercial bridge bungee jump in the world, offering one of the most spectacular bungee jumps in South Africa, if not the world. Its another opportunity to choose taking part in the Bungy Jumping experience on the day of the visit (payable in cash on the spot) Followed by our next stop at TSITSIKAMA NATIONAL PARK. Spend the evening at Hotel Knysna Log-Inn (4 star Luxury Stay) Breakfast included. Day 3: HERMANUS Departure from Knysna 8AM, travel 152kms pass Wilderness and scenic mountains, a stop at Alcare Aloe Shop in Albertina on N2 Highway, for finest skincare and health products from the ALOE Leaf. Next (optional) stop - Lion Park, then drive along N2 Highway for our next Stop in Hermanus where you will visit the Whale Museums and take a walk at the Waterfront in Hermanus before making our way back to the mother City in Cape Town
